Tree Plantation Near Pune

We believe that making earth greener is the ultimate way to serve the humanity. Considering this, Prayas volunteers planted 100 saplings near ‘Bopdev Ghat’ Dist Pune, India. This was performed under continuous rain fall and with the help of just handful of gardening instruments – just 12 diggers (Kudal and Fawde). Saplings planted were mainly of Tamarind, Mango, Peepul etc. which are suitable to the environment where plantation happened. Along with Prayas members, Dr. Kamble played active role, sponsored 100 saplings and participated in this plantation drive. This activity helps us get close to nature and helps us understand our responsibility towards nature.
